In hotels, apartment buildings, and other multi-dwelling structures, wireless connectivity can carry a hefty price tag. You need to connect a wide range of wired devices—IPTV set-top boxes, IP phones, networked minibars, and more—while delivering a great wireless experience.

The RUCKUS H510 wall-mounted access point and switch makes it easy to meet the most demanding in-room connectivity requirements without breaking the bank. It features patented RUCKUS technologies to deliver the industry’s highest-performing Wi-Fi, combined with four-ports of Gigabit Ethernet—all in a sleek, low-profile design that can be discretely installed over standard electrical outlets. It is also ready for IoT devices, you can connect BLE/Zigbee module to USB port.

A PoE port and pass-through features can connect and power devices directly from the wall switch. And, an included cable channel can connect even legacy devices, like digital phones that require native access to PBX systems. All of these in-room services can coexist within the same junction box, dramatically reducing cabling, installation time, and construction costs.

Whether you're deploying ten or ten thousand APs, the H510 is also easy to manage through Ruckus' appliance, virtual, and cloud management options.

Deliver the full range of in-room services while dramatically reducing cabling, installation time, and construction costs.

Physical mounting

It's best to place the AP over separate wall socket, but if you have a multi-frame wall socket as we do in our video, it's best to place it over to one side - H510 is slightly wider.
