Connecting short-range ZigBee BLE LoRa devices over a large area has always been a headache, as so many different versions and protocols of the standard do not allow for efficient management and a reliable solution. The security of IoT devices has also been a headache.

The Ruckus IOT Suite allows you to connect BLE, LoRa and Zigbee radios to most Ruckus base stations (R750, R730 built-in and others via USB radio) and communicate with them via the API via the IOT server. For example, if an object has 40 base stations/APs (Wi-Fi + Zigbee), the whole solution becomes much simpler and more efficient. LoRa support is coming by the end of 2019.

Certified devices can be used, the API is documented and open to all parties. So, for example, when you buy devices that comply with the Zigbee 3.0 standard, you can usually connect them immediately to the Ruckus' system and quickly create system control using, for example, NodeRed or other IoT software. It is also possible to use all other means and connect the sensors to any automation system.
